نوبیتکس با هدف رفع نیاز کاربران ایرانی برای مبادله دارایی های دیجیتال در تابستان ۱۳۹۶ شکل گرفت. پس از تحقیقات اولیه و سنجش میزان نیاز بازار ایران به چنین محصولی، هسته اولیه تیم در باشگاه کارآفرینی تیوان استقرار یافت. به تدریج و با افزوده شدن نفراتی با تخصص‌های مختلف، تیم بزرگ‌تر و موفق شد اولین نسخه بازار را در زمستان ۱۳۹۶ رونمایی کنند. حالا این مجموعه در راستای توسعه منابع انسانی خود به دنبال استخدام تحلیل‌گر کسب‌وکار (Business Analyst) با شرح شغلی و شرایط زیر است:

Provide strategic insights and recommendations to support business growth and development.
Generate standard or custom reports summarizing business, financial, or economic data for review by executives, managers, clients, and other stakeholders.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize business needs and opportunities, and translate them into clear and concise requirements.
Analyze data and information to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities, and provide recommendations for improvement.
Synthesize current business intelligence or trend data to support recommendations for action.
Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience, and drive growth.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies, and provide recommendations for their adoption and implementation.
Continuously monitor and evaluate solutions to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for enhancements or changes.

3+ years of experience as a business analyst or a related role.
