نوبیتکس با هدف رفع نیاز کاربران ایرانی برای مبادله دارایی های دیجیتال در تابستان ۱۳۹۶ شکل گرفت. پس از تحقیقات اولیه و سنجش میزان نیاز بازار ایران به چنین محصولی، هسته اولیه تیم در باشگاه کارآفرینی تیوان استقرار یافت. به تدریج و با افزوده شدن نفراتی با تخصص‌های مختلف، تیم بزرگ‌تر و موفق شد اولین نسخه بازار را در زمستان ۱۳۹۶ رونمایی کنند. حالا این مجموعه در راستای توسعه منابع انسانی خود به دنبال استخدام نویسنده تجربه کاربری (Ux Writer) با شرح شغلی و شرایط زیر است:

The product and tech team is the what and why behind Nobitex.
Nobitex is looking for a talented UX Writer who can contribute to our team’s success and help us deliver outstanding user experiences. In this role, you will have the opportunity to shape the voice and tone of our digital products, ensuring a consistent and user-friendly experience across all services provided by Nobitex.
Responsibilities for Ux Writer
Conduct research to gain a deep understanding of user needs, and use this knowledge to develop user-centered copy and content throughout the product.
Collaboration with product managers, designers, and developers to understand user needs.
Write clear, scannable, and accessible microcopy, such as button labels, error messages, and tooltips, to enhance usability and guide users effectively.
Translate and integrate blockchain concepts seamlessly into our digital products.
Ensure consistency and maintain the intended tone across all platforms and digital products by carefully curating the microcopy.
Collaborate with other teams to maintain consistent language and messaging, while also raising awareness of the impact of UX writing.
Requirements
Previous experience collaborating with diverse teams to create high-quality content.
Familiarity with usability and user-centered design principles.
Ability to understand technical constraints and adapt content accordingly.
Experience in writing for digital products and applying content strategies effectively.
Proficiency in creating documentation and content guidelines as part of a design system.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
