-Apply new and emerging technologies to the software development process.
-Automate business processes and integrate them with other enterprise systems.
-Develop and maintain the main portal for the organization.
-Translate requirements into technical specifications.
-Collaborate with cross-technology teams to integrate BPM applications with enterprise systems, set up/deploy infrastructure and cloud environments, and ensure application security.
-Utilize BPMN2 to transition processes from physical to automated solutions and model processes when necessary.
-Re-engineer processes as needed.
-Translate application requirements into web-based software solutions deployed to the Bizagi Work Portal using the Bizagi Suite (Modeler, Studio, and Engine), Microsoft SQL Server, and the Microsoft .NET Framework.
-Develop process applications using the Bizagi Studio tool, including process modeling, data modeling, form definition, business rule documentation, performer definition, interface integration, and other design, development, and deployment tasks.
-Instruct and mentor the team on best practices for BPM development based on Bizagi’s established practices and the developer’s personal experience and knowledge.
-Perform other assigned duties as required.

-3+ years of experience in Bizagi BPM development
-experienced in developing web applications using .NET Framework CLR, HTML, scripting tools and libraries, and low-coded/non-coded development suites.
-experienced in performing requirements analysis for areas like office automation, finance, and accounting.
-experienced in configuration management, software integration, interpreting software test results, and providing solutions for unsatisfactory test results.
-experienced in life-cycle support, including maintenance, administration, and management, with the ability to provide solutions to identified software problem reports
